Ruti Results Terms and Conditions Agreement

WHEREAS, the information contained on the Ruti website and the scan results reports generated by Ruti (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Information") shall not be utilized for the purpose of diagnosing or treating any health conditions or diseases. The scan reports may contain references to toxins, bacteria, and other findings which are resonating toxins, signifying an energetic exposure to such toxin patterns. The Information should not be construed as a diagnosis or medical advice and the statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. 

WHEREAS, the services provided by Ruti are intended for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, and any reliance on the Information as a substitute for professional medical care is expressly disclaimed.

NOW, THEREFORE, by executing this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You understand and acknowledge that the Information is for educational purposes only and shall not be relied upon as medical advice or diagnosis. You further acknowledge that you shall seek the advice of a licensed medical professional for any medical concerns or treatment.
  2. Ruti, its owners, affiliates, employees, and practitioners (collectively, the "Ruti Parties") shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the Information provided, nor for any actions taken or not taken based on the Information provided. The Ruti Parties shall not be held responsible for any interpretations of the scan results made by clients, practitioners, affiliates, or health coaches.
  3. You hereby release and discharge the Ruti Parties from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from your use or reliance on the Information provided in the scan report.
  4. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
