What is bioresonance testing?

Bioresonance (ie bioenergetic) testing is a non-invasive way of discovering and addressing root causes of chronic symptoms/illness at the cellular level. Bioenergetic testing helps pinpoint areas where toxins (think bacteria, viruses, chemicals, mold, etc) have made the body weak, and then finds remedies to gently eliminate those toxins and support areas of stress to allow the body to heal.

At Ruti, we test your hair and saliva to bioenergetically analyze stress, resonating toxins, food/environmental sensitivities, and hormonal/nutrtional imbalances. We then test for a balancing holistic remedy regimen (herbal, homeopathic, and/or supplements) tailored exactly for your body's needs. Read more here.

How does it actually work?

The cells in our bodies store an immense amount of information. Just about everything we come into contact with daily is stored within our cells - including toxins, sensitivities, viruses, etc.

Hair follicles grow from blood vessels that contain information from up to six years past, and this hair holds your bioenergetic patterns. The informational patterns the hair holds can include resonating toxins, nutrients, and cellular stress throughout the body.

Like hair, saliva glands secrete biological information that tells the body’s chemicals. Saliva gives information about hormones, allergies, and infections. From a bioenergetic standpoint, like hair, the saliva also holds the patterns to test for things like sensitivities, toxins, and hormones.

Hair and saliva tests are one of the most popular bioenergetic testing methods because they have the means to provide a comprehensive overview of the body and how well its energetic pathways are working together, without being overly intrusive. Read more here.

What's the process?

Once you purchase a scan, we'll send you an easy at-home collection kit. Inside the kit will be an activation code that you will use to activate your kit here.

Follow the instructions to complete your activation, fill out your health form, and collect your samples.

You'll then mail your samples directly to our testing facility using the provided return envelope. From there, it will take 2-3 weeks to get your scan results and then we'll reach out with next steps and to schedule your free consult.

How many times should I get scanned? Is once enough?

Everyone is different. Your first scan provides you with priceless information, and some folks may never require another scan again. Others use the initial scan as a baseline, and then subsequent scans to show progress over time.

We see that the most success with three back to back scans and rounds of remedies, then maintenance scans every 6 to 12 months.

If you're chronically ill, expect 2-3 months of healing for every year you've been sick. Each round of remedies lasts around 6-8 weeks each.

What ages do you work with?

We work with all ages. We've scanned infants and clients over 100 years old. As long as you're able to give a saliva sample along with a teaspoon of hair or nail clippings, we're able to sucessfully scan.

Scan

How do you submit samples?

When you purchase a scan, we'll mail you a kit that includes a sterile swab tube and a hair collection bag.

First, swab both cheeks with the sterile swab and seal tightly. Make sure you do this 20 minutes away from any food, including mint! That means brushing your teeth too. Don’t worry, we won’t judge.

Next, cut a sample of hair and place it into the small bag. Around a teaspoon is perfect. Any hair on the body works. Yes, any hair. No hair? No problem! Fingernails and toenail clippings work as well.

Place both into the provided, pre-labeled return envelope and mail via USPS. Results take about 3 weeks, but we’ll keep you posted along the way. If you haven’t filled out the form in your account, now is the time!

Is it okay if my hair is colored/dyed for the sample?

Yes! Colored hair does not affect the scan results.

Should I stop taking any non-essential supplements prior to taking my samples?

Ideally, you'd stop any non-essential supplements for 3 days prior to taking your samples. If you are on any prescriptions or supplements prescribed by your doctor, or you are uncoformtable stopping your current regimen, no worries. Just let us know in your Health Questionnaire so we can take them into consideration with your results and remedies.

What happens to my samples after testing?

All samples are securely locked after testing at our testing facility. After two weeks, the samples are destroyed by incineration. Samples are never saved or sold.

Do you have sample results?

Yes! Everyone's results are bio-individual, but all follow the same overall categories. Check out a sample scan result here.

What is a consultation like?

When your results are ready, you'll meet with one of our practitioners on Zoom to review the scan, answer questions, and support your overall healing.

What if I miss the consult?

No worries! We do our best to accommodate your schedule and understand sometimes it's not possible to make the scheduled consult. We allow 1 missed consult (no show) per scan and will add the free consult back to your account. After that, it's $70 to review your results.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to ship?

We ship via USPS or UPS, so it will typically arrive in a few days after placing your order.

Once we receive your samples and your intake form, we'll begin analyzing your results. This typically takes 2-3 weeks.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for unused scan kits, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your kit must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We won't request the scan kit back, and you'll receive a refund minus a $5 kit fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a new kit your way. The swab in your unused kit should be sealed when you receive it. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like remedies and supplements. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Remedy Returns
Most remedies are not refundable. If it is a refundable remedy, it must be returned within 7 days of ordering. You will be required to pay for shipping and a 20% restock fee. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
